Born forties where he was born in 1940 he saw in his youth revolution of July and saw and heard the leader and teacher Gamal Abdel Nasser, and lived his youth during the period of Nasiriyah, believed in the three principles, freedom - socialism - the unit, according to the vision and practice that characterized Abdel Nasser.

The beginning of the sixties was a period of great growing for Nasiriy Current Mr. Allam Abdel Azim, wasn't content with Nasiriyah faith and socialism but also interact with them and the Revolutionary Change stir which is led by Abdel Nasser and share in public work and inexperience which became the vanguard organization of the Socialist Party official in Giza and a member of the National Assembly.

It is worth mentioning that Mr. Allam Abdel Azim is the youngest member of parliament in the history of Egypt, where he became a member of the parliament in Nazareth rule when he was twenty eight years old, and the director of the Sadat Office when he was vice president, and was a candidate for the Ministry of Manpower in the period of Nasser's rule.

The most important achievements in public work that he contributed to set the Insurance law workers and attended the public sector established. Thus, the general work and experience in it contributed to building successful personal leadership for MR. Allam.

In conjunction with the general work Mr. Allam Abdel Azim at that time was a young man working in the Middle Company for Yarn and Weaving which is one of the public sector companies, which set up by Abdel Nasser, where the overall industry and the textile industry, in particular of the most important achievements of the political leadership of Nasiriyah.

The Egyptian fabric at that time had a global reputation and Middle Egyptian textile factory exported to England, France and many countries and contains high technical staff in the textile industry.
Through the Middle factory Mr. Allam Abdel Azim know the elements of the industry and its importance both regionally and internationally, where they represent the majority of Egyptian workers and most of the gross national product and the state was working on their protection and development.

Hence formed by Mr. Allam the full conviction to interesting and continue in the textile industry and the establishment of a special economic entity, and assisted by successful personal leadership which delight in Mr. Allam that completed and matured through the experience in the public work under the leadership of Nazareth. He founded Allam-Tex textile factory in 1972 and worked on the development and modernization permanently until he passed away in 2006.
